CLASSES

We offer beginning scuba classes (Level I) year-round, as well as Level II (Advanced Open Water), Rescue Diver, Extreme Diver, Divemaster, Nitrox, Instructor & even Youth programs. Check out our Calendar for the latest class schedule.

Our beginning scuba certification class prepares you for real-world diving situations and allows you to go on organized dive trips, rent gear and tanks, get air fills, etc. Classes are safe, fun and interactive and are always closely supervised by our seasoned instructors.

Your class includes everything you need, including instructor & pool fees, open water dives, gear rental, book, class materials, certification card, log book & dive table. The only thing you need to buy is your personal gear (mask, fins & snorkel) and quarry entrance fees if you are performing your open water checkout dives locally (usually $20).

We certify through MDEA, the Multinational Diving Educators Association. MDEA is one of many internationally recognized dive agencies, but distinguishes itself by having the industry’s highest standards for education and service as well as a perfect safety record. With its headquarters now at Neptune Diving & Ski in Nashville, it is extremely convenient for local divers.
