While I thought I had a great deal on some end-of-season ski boots I bought on resort (I like to make life difficult for myself), I didn’t take into account the correct fit and alignment, paying for it for 5 days this past winter in Park City. One stop at Neptune had Dennis and his team get me form fitted and heat molded (a service they offer for free for in-house boot purchases) and provided some great stories and conversation throughout the process. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for 50 years; fair prices, family-owned, and overall incredible customer experience. Dive or Ski, you can’t beat this establishment!
