Neptune Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned, 50 year old company located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee off Charlotte Pike. We are a full-service specialty sporting goods store for snow skiing, snowboarding and scuba diving. We focus on hospitality and creating a warm environment for our customers. We are looking for a career-minded, collaborative and passionate leader that values our ski and scuba community.

Retail Associate - $15-$18 per hour

Job Objective
The primary responsibilities include day-to-day retail operations such as: merchandising, cashier responsibilities, customer relations by phone and in person. Our ideal candidate is excited to help grow our business with exceptional customer service. Starting pay rate is largely dependent upon the level of leadership experience, demonstrated proficiency of the selected candidate, and the amount of responsibility taken on

Requirements

• Growth mindset

• Retail and/or customer service experience
• Familiar with outdoor brands and equipment
• Basic computer proficiency and a knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• For Full time employees: Available to work 35-40 hours per week
• For Part time employees: Available to work 20+ hours per week

Our Hours
Our shop operates Monday-Saturday during 9:30am - 6pm. Full time and part time possitions are available. We are closed on most major holidays and have vacation pay for full time employees.
