Neptune Enterprises Returns Policy

At Neptune Enterprises, Inc., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the opportunity to return eligible products under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility and Process

Customers must notify Neptune Enterprises of their intent to return an item within 10 days of receipt by contacting us at (615) 356-5051 or via email at infoneptunediving-ski.com. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Returns received outside of this window may be rejected.

Returned products must be in original ‘new’ condition, with all factory packaging, instructions, tags, and accessories included. Items not meeting these conditions may be deemed ineligible for return, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested or required by circumstance. Neptune Enterprises reserves the right to offer store credit as an alternative in certain cases.

Return Inspection and Restocking Fees

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Neptune Enterprises reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility requirements. In such cases, items will be returned to the customer at their expense. We also reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for non-defective or opened items returned in non-original condition.

Shipping Charges and Free Shipping Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For items originally shipped under a Free Shipping promotion, Neptune Enterprises may deduct the original outbound shipping cost from your refund if the return is not due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances and will be refused if sent back:
– Special Orders
– Bathing suits without protective strips and all tags
– Clearance items
– Items damaged due to use, intentional or accidental

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at infoneptunediving-ski.com or call (615) 356-5051 with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for return shipping, including the appropriate return address. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Neptune Enterprises is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during return shipping.

Warranty Inquiries

If you believe your product may be eligible for a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us before returning the item. In many cases, we can assist you directly and save you time and shipping costs.
