Neptune Enterprises Shipping Policy Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping to the lower 48 states on all orders over $150! Orders over $150.00 will receive Free Shipping via USPS Parcel Post to a physical address anywhere in the continental United States or to an APO/FPO address. Any shipment outside of this area will not be eligible for Free Shipping and will be billed accordingly.
Free Shipping does not apply to oversized items. Oversized items include winter bags (ski and snowboard travel bags), skis, snowboards, or any item that weighs more than 10 lbs.
Expedited Shipping
USPS Parcel Post mail can take 7–10 days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost. Expedited shipping methods are not included in the Free Shipping Policy. USPS Priority or Express Mail must be selected at checkout, otherwise USPS Parcel Post is assumed.
Orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, will be prioritized for same-day shipment. Neptune Diving and Ski is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will apply only to Tennessee residents. International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs, customs, duties, and tariffs as stipulated by the receiving country.
Product Availability
While we do our best to ensure accurate inventory for your shopping convenience, product availability is not guaranteed. Occasionally, two or more customers may order the same item before our inventory is updated. If this occurs, you will be contacted in a timely manner. In the event that one item from multiple items ordered is out of stock, buyers will be given the option to:
– Wait for restock and ship all items together
– Receive a partial refund and ship the available items
– Receive a full refund and cancel the entire order
Order Tracking
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. An email confirmation is automatically sent upon order placement. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing tracking information (if applicable). You may also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and selecting ‘Tracking Info’ on the ‘My Account’ page.
International Orders
We currently do not ship snow skis or snowboards internationally. All international orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination. Orders to Canada cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
If your order falls outside standard shipping dimensions or rates, you will be contacted with updated shipping costs. Returns and exchanges for international orders are subject to return shipping charges.
Customs, Tariffs, and Duties
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to tariffs, duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other import fees. These costs are not included in your shipping charges and are your sole responsibility.
www.neptunediving-ski.com is not responsible for any import taxes imposed by your country. If you refuse to pay import duties, your order may be destroyed or otherwise handled by local customs authorities. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Non-U.S. credit cards may be subject to additional verification.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges or return fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
