Neptune Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Neptune Diving and Ski (“Neptune Diving and Ski,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to supporting our customers both at the time of purchase and afterward. If you experience a manufacturer’s defect with a product, our team is available to assist with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Warranty Assistance Overview

Customers may bring a product into our store for assistance with initiating a warranty claim. In many cases, we are able to help even if the item was not originally purchased from Neptune Diving and Ski. However, all warranty determinations, timeframes, and resolutions are solely at the discretion of the product manufacturer.

Scope of Warranty Processing

Our warranty processing service includes:
– Initial evaluation of the product
– Submission of documentation to the manufacturer
– Communication of any updates or responses received from the manufacturer

Our service does not include:
– Legal representation or advocacy
– Expedited replacements
– Provision of loaner or temporary products

Warranty Processing Fees

The following fee schedule applies to warranty claims submitted through Neptune Diving and Ski:
– No processing fee for items purchased directly from Neptune Diving and Ski.
– $20 handling fee plus applicable shipping charges for items not purchased from Neptune Diving and Ski.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

To qualify for complimentary warranty processing, customers must provide valid proof of purchase. Acceptable forms of proof include a sales receipt, order confirmation, or verifiable history of sale through our point-of-sale system.

Processing Timeframes

Warranty claim timelines vary depending on the manufacturer. Most claims are resolved within 2 to 6 weeks. Neptune Diving and Ski is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer’s processing timeline, shipping issues, or third-party factors.

Excluded Items

Warranty processing may not be available for certain product categories, including:
– Clearance or final-sale merchandise
– Consumable items (e.g., wax, oils, filters)
– Items not covered under any manufacturer warranty
